With over 20 years experience in the leisure industry, Just Be Fit was founded in August 2005, firstly working with clients based at the Vodafone HQ, Newbury, Basingstoke and surrounding areas and now Kingsbridge, South Devon.  Justine has experience in sports specific training; from sailing challenges, 5k to marathons, general fitness and wellbeing, pre and post natal exercise programmes.  
A REPS Levels 3,  freelance instructor certified to teach, Les Mills RPM, Body Pump, Body Balance, Stott Pilates Essential, Intermediate and Advanced Matwork, Pilates pre and post natal matwork, Boxercise, Circuits, Core, Advanced Studio Cycling and Running.
